During my recent trip to Playa de las Americas, I had the opportunity to stay at the Sea View Apartment in Center of Las Americas. Although I only stayed at this hotel for transit purposes, I found it to be extremely convenient. The nearest airport, located just 18 km away, made it incredibly easy to access the accommodation upon arrival. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, allowing me to quickly settle in and continue my journey without any delays.

While my stay at the Sea View Apartment in Center of Las Americas was overall satisfactory, there was one minor negative aspect that caught my attention. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better.

We had a COMFORTABLE stay in Playa de las Americas not far from the restaurants and the centre, and the centre. Staff was lovely, helped with everything. The apartment had marvellous location in the middle of the city.

The staff found and returned my forgotten earphones, making me feel appreciated. This place suits me perfectly with its Wi-Fi, drying machine, kitchen supplies, TV, VIP service. I keep coming back for city breaks.

This place has it all for party people - a great swimming pool with a pool bar serving delicious and affordable food. the apartment itself is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well-equipped. the little touches like swimming pool floats and books make settling in a breeze. Plus, the location is perfect, within walking distance of everything.

Alex, our host, was really helpful and always available via What'sApp. the free amenities like shower gel, washing up liquid, and WiFi were a nice touch. Some guests have mentioned noise from nearby bars, but this is a common issue in the area.
